Business Challenge: Create new global product pipeline and accompanying ad campaign to grow share and sales for the Revlon eye category.

Consumer insight: She was looking for a way to simplify her makeup routine to achieve her favorite eye look with the convenience of long wearing, multi purpose products.

The solution: Developed a collection of eye products to easily create trendy looks that last all day. The robust multimedia campaign captured consumers through TV, print, in-store and digital/social campaigns for scalability across international markets with varying budget sizes.

The results: The campaign resulted in exceeding share and sales growth targets for company. Two of the products won prestigious beauty awards including Allure Best of Beauty & People Beauty Awards.
